Overview

A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by skin lesions abnormal bone development and spastic paraplegia.

Symptoms

* Spastic paraplegia * Skin lesions * Increased bone density * Abnormal teeth position * Abnormal gait * Arthrosis * Coarse face * Irregularly reduced skin pigmentation * Excessive freckling * Multiple caries * Round face * Short foot * Speech defect * Spindle shaped fingers * Vision loss * Increased reflexes * Bowed legs * Permanently flexed fingers * Bone abnormalities * Leg weakness * Pharyngeal abnormality * Curved fingers
