A very rare genetic disorder characterized distinctive facial features, ductus arteriosus, mental retardation and vision problems.

Symptoms

* Corneal hypoesthesia * Retinal abnormality * Unusual facial features * Ductus arteriosus * Mental retardation * Widely spaced eyes * Flat face * Protruding forehead * Depressed nasal bridge * Underdeveloped mid-face * Visual disturbances * Nerve deafness
