Overview
A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by mental retardation, webbed neck and finger abnormalities.
Symptoms
* Webbed neck * Mental retardation * Finger abnormalities * Wide set eyes * High arched eyebrows * Short head * Reduced muscle tone * Prominent ears * Broad ends of fingers * Droopy eyelids * Upslanted space between eyelids * Narrow forehead * Abnormally positioned thumb * Underdeveloped thumb * Hyperextensible joints
