A rare genetic disorder characterized by oral frenula, oral clefts, underdeveloped nose flapss, finger abnormalities and absence of all or part of the fibula
Symptoms
* Excess mouth frenuli * Enlarged mouth frenuli * Multiple mouth frenuli * Cleft lip * Tongue split in two
Causes
* 2q deletion * 3q deletion * 4p16.3 deletion * Aase Smith syndrome * Absent corpus callosum
