Overview

A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by mental retardation, skeletal anomalies and delayed muscle relaxation

Symptoms

* Myotonia * Mental retardation * Skeletal anomalies * Muscle disease * Osteoporosis * Scoliosis * Short stature * Kyphosis * Vertebral shape abnormalities * Progressively abnormal gait * Painful leg spasms * Progressively rigid legs * Enlarged muscles
