Overview

A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by short stature, abnormal skin pigmentation, small ears and hearing impairment.

Symptoms

  • Abnormality of the fontanelles or cranial sutures
  • Abnormality of the outer ear
  • Abnormality of the palate
  • Camptodactyly of finger
  • Clinodactyly of the 5th finger
  • Conductive hearing impairment
  • Hypermelanotic macule
  • Mastocytosis
  • Muscular hypotonia
  • Optic atrophy
  • Proptosis
  • Pruritus
  • Seizures
  • Short stature
  • Thick lower lip vermilion
  • Triangular face
  • Upslanted palpebral fissure
  • Urticaria
  • Abnormal nasal morphology
  • Lower limb asymmetry
  • Prominent supraorbital ridges
  • Scoliosis
