Overview
A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by short stature, abnormal skin pigmentation, small ears and hearing impairment.
Symptoms
- Abnormality of the fontanelles or cranial sutures
- Abnormality of the outer ear
- Abnormality of the palate
- Camptodactyly of finger
- Clinodactyly of the 5th finger
- Conductive hearing impairment
- Hypermelanotic macule
- Mastocytosis
- Muscular hypotonia
- Optic atrophy
- Proptosis
- Pruritus
- Seizures
- Short stature
- Thick lower lip vermilion
- Triangular face
- Upslanted palpebral fissure
- Urticaria
- Abnormal nasal morphology
- Lower limb asymmetry
- Prominent supraorbital ridges
- Scoliosis
