A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by abnormal bone and brain development.

Symptoms

* Clubfoot * Small head * Short stature * Enlarged spleen * Excess amniotic fluid * Enlarge liver * Small lungs * Brain structure abnormalities * Limb anomalies * Abnormal hardening of bone * Abnormal excessive areas of bone growth * Urinary tract abnormalities
