Come join us from the 18 – 21 July in Dublin, Ireland and celebrate VCFSEF’s 20th Anniversary.
This unique 3 day programme offers the professional, academic and family member a platform to network and discuss the key syndrome related health, education and social issues.
Visit a Castle, see a Viking settlement, visit monuments older than the pyramids at Newgrange, take a few Irish dancing steps through Dublin and sample the music and culture!
PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION
The programme will run from Friday to Sunday.
The main programme theme will be the “Celebration of Differences”
It will cover topics such as:
- Speech & Language
- Mental health Issues
- Cognitive Function
- Psychiatric Issues in both child and adult
- Surgical Research
- Neurological Sciences – cognitive and paediatrics
- Education
- Genetics
- Social Remediation
Plus many other cross-discipline topics, that will welcome both the professional, academic and family member.

FAMILIES AND KID ZONES
During the conference a Kid Zone will be available to book, plus many tourism ideas to visit while in Dublin with your family or friends with discounted visitor passes. Ages 3 – 15
There will be a teen zone for 16 +, please indicate your interest during registration as this will be dependent on numbers.
CONFERENCE VENUE
The Regency Hotel- this will be our conference home in 2013.
Through the conference office, you can book special family room rates and the discounted prices.
We will have exclusive use of all the meeting space creating a home away from home feeling for our international visitors.
With large family rooms, leisure facilities and easy access to Dublin and Dublin Airport this will be an ideal location for the event.
