Spondylo costal dysostosis dandy walker (medical condition): A rare syndrome characterized mainly by rib and spine abnormalities as well as the Dandy-Walker anomaly (brain cyst).

* Brain cyst * Fetal hydrops * Underdeveloped lungs * Narrow rib cage * Cleft palate * Retarded fetal growth * Excess amniotic fluid * Premature birth * Short limbs * Kidney abnormalities * Malrotated intestines * Enlarged ureter * Clubfoot * Uterine abnormality * Vertebral segmentation anomaly * Rib abnormality * Short fingers * Congenital heart defect * Brain defect (corpus callosum)
