A rare genetic ectodermal disorder characterized by ichthyosiform erythroderma and sensorineural deafness.
Symptoms
* Sensorineural deafness * Ichthyosiform erythroderma * Lamellar ichthyosis * Hyperkeratosis * Ichthyosiform erythroderma on skin of palms * Ichthyosiform erythroderma on skin of soles * Ichthyosiform erythrodermaon skin of elbows * Ichthyosiform erythrodermaon skin of knees * Alopecia * Reduced sweating * Nail dystrophy * Teeth malformations * Corneal dystrophy * Progressive vascularization of corneas * Photophobia * Excessive tearing from eyes * Corneal destruction * Keratodermia of cornea * Undescended testes * Flexion contractures * Tight heel cords * Oral abnormalities * Leukokeratosis * Erythematous lesions * Scrotal tongue
