A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by heart defects, short stature and craniofacial anomalies.

Symptoms

* Absent reflexes * Reduced reflexes * Broad nose base * Broad head * Wide space between eyelids * Tetralogy of Fallot * Ventricular septal defect * Small jaw * Abnormally placed thumb * Short foot * Simian crease * Webbing inside mouth * Abnormal rib number * Short stature * Seizure * Poor muscle tone * High arched palate * Infant feeding problems * Mental retardation * Aortic arch anomalies * Downturned mouth * Flattened side of skull
