A rare inherited condition characterized mainly by eye, nose and facial malformations.
Symptoms
* Mask-like face * Telecanthus * Lateral displacement of lacrimal puncta * Stenosis of lacrimal puncta * Big nose * Broad nasal bridge * Underdeveloped midface * Horizontal cheek furrows * Trapezoidal upper lip * Soft tissue syndactyly * Hyperextensible joints * Poor coordination * Torsion dystonia * Babinski sign
