A rare disorder characterized by mental retardation, retarded growth before and after birth, early-onset deafness and facial anomalies as well as other problems

* Mental retardation * Retarded fetal growth * Retarded growth after birth * Facial anomalies * Underdeveloped upper jaw * Prognathism * Short eye slits * Short upper lip * Small mouth * Enlarged muscles * Reduced joint mobility * Undescended testes * Heart anomaly * Deafness * Thickened calvaria * Broad ribs * Underdeveloped iliac wings * Short bones * Large vertebrae * Flattened vertebrae * Large vertebral pedicles
