A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by brain abnormalities, mental retardation and facial and skull anomalies.

* Telecanthus * Small head * Round face * Low hair line at the back * Reduced muscle tone * Dry skin * Depressed nose bridge * Broad nose * Chronic inflammatory lung disease * Hypothyroidy * Thick scalp hair * Mental retardation * Abnormal genitalia * Tracheal abnormality * Vertebral abnormalities * Skull abnormality * Corpus callosum agenesis * Pellucidum agenesis * Underdeveloped cerebellum
