A very rare syndrome caused by a chromosomal defect (10p terminal deletion) and can result in a variety of malformations that are similar to DiGeorge syndrome and velocardiofacial syndrome.

* Beaked nose * Broad nose * Widely spaced eyes * Retarded fetal growth * Heart defect * Curved fifth finger * Undescended testes * Short stature * Short neck * Small jaw * Stillbirth * Infant death * Cleft lip * Cleft palate * Absent anal opening * Narrow rectum * Abnormal anal position * Impaired joint mobility * Webbed toes * Thin nails * Ear abnormalities
