Achieving Successful Delivery of Nucleic Acids to Skin is the focus of the 2009 IPCC conference. Both IPCC members and a select group of experts actively involved in delivery to skin will give presentations and engage in active discussions which will result in a strategic plan to most quickly overcome barriers involved in delivery to skin. As co-sponsors with PC Project for this important symposium, an R13 meeting grant has been awarded by the Office of Rare Diseases and is being considered by NIH/NIAMS.
