A rare syndrome characterized mainly by a reduced sense of smell, an underdeveloped nose and hypogonadism.

* Reduced sense of smell * Abnormal tooth position * Hypogonadism * Cataract * Inguinal hernia * Delayed puberty * Small penis * Single nostril * Reduced abdominal muscles * Hole in the iris * Enlarged male breast * Undescended testes * Impaired vision
