A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by poor muscle tone, developmental delay.
Symptoms
* Mental retardation * Teeth abnormalities * Short neck * Seizures * Small hand * Round face * Dry skin * Eczema * Poor muscle tone * Curved fingers * Blue sclerae * Reduced reflexes * Absent reflexes * Abnormal eye movements * Brain development abnormalities
