Diagnosis
Renal stedystrphy is usually diagnsed after treatment fr end-stage renal disease begins. Bld tests will indicate decreased calcium and calcitril and increased phsphate and parathyrid hrmne. X-rays will alsshw bne features f renal stedystrpy (chndrcalcinsis at the knees and pubic symphysis, stepenia and bne fractures) but may be difficult tdifferentiate frm ther cnditins.
Treatment
Treatment fr renal stedystrphy includes: calcium and vitamin D supplementatin restrictinf dietary phsphate phsphate binders such as calcium carbnate, calcium acetate, sevelamer hydrchlride, r lanthanum carbnate cinacalcet renal transplantatin hemdialysis five times a week is thught tbe f benefit
