A rare genetic disorder characterized by syndactyly and thickening and overgrowth of bone.

Symptoms

* Progressive bone thickening * Progressive bone overgrowth * Gigantism * Prominent mandible * Asymmetric mandible * Cranial hyperostosis * Occlusion of cranial foramina * Drooping eyelids * Syndactyly of second to third fingers * Deviation of terminal phalanges * Nail dysplasia * Facial distortion * Dental malocclusion * Midfacial hypoplasia * Increased intracranial pressure * Headaches * Intellectual impairment * Premature death may result from increased intracranial pressure * Impaction of medulla oblongata in the foramen magnum
