A very rare syndrome characterized by the association of congenital liver cirrhosis with Fanconi syndrome.

- Weight loss
- Abdominal pain
- Spider-like blood vessels on skin
- Itching
- Growth retardation
- Irritability
- Vomiting
- Rickets
- Diarrhea
- Failure to thrive
