A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by insufficient sex hormone production and impaired balance and coordination due to nervous system dysfunction.
Symptoms
* Ataxia * Incoordination * Enlarged male breasts * Delayed puberty * Nystagmus * Peripheral retinal pigmentary changes * Speech defect * Reduced fertility * Infertility * Reduced muscle tone * Weakness * Eye abnormality * Hypogonadism * Deficiency of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone * Incoordinated muscle movements * Reduced muscle tone * Dysmetria * Dysdiadochokinesia
Causes
* Bilateral frontoparietal polymicrogyria * Hypoparathyroidism * Joubert syndrome * Arsenic trioxide * Ataxia telangiectasia
