A rare syndrome characterized mainly by skeletal abnormalities, dwarfism and hair, nail, skin and teeth abnormalities
Symptoms
* Short skull * High arched palate * Abnormal teeth position * Wide set eyes * Large fontanelle * Small jaw * Weak eye muscles * Epicanthic folds * Long upper lip groove * Bifid thumb * Bifid big toe * Abnormally positioned thumb * Reduced body hair * Sparse hair * Thin lips * Missing teeth * Pelvis anomaly * Short limbs * Underdeveloped radius * Short digits * Extra fingers * Fifth finger clinodactyly * Abnormal dermatoglyphics * Low set ears * Short neck * Flattened side of skull * Wormian bones * Thin toenails * Mental retardation * Short stature * Chronic inflammatory lung disease
