From Targets to Treatments: Bridging Autoimmune Research to Advance Understanding of Alopecia Areata has as a goal to share and distill learning from the most current research advances and set strategic research priorities for the next two to five years. The summit is designed to blend concise informative presentations about the newest developments with meaningful discussion among established senior scientists, new investigators and patients of Alopecia Areata who stand to benefit. The summit will accommodate 100 plus participants, including strong representation from young and early career investigators, women, racial minorities and people with disabilities. Invitations to present posters will be broadly disseminated. Some seating is being reserved for patients so that the patient perspective is represented in discussions of research priorities.
