Overview

A very rare syndrome characterized mainly by cataracts, benign esophageal tumors and kidney cell cancer.

Symptoms

* Blood in urine * Cataract * Esophageal tumor * Chronic inflammatory lung disease * Hirschsprung's disease * Enlarged esophagus * Deafness * Genital tumors * Protein in the urine * Kidney dysfunction * Failure to thrive * Wheezing * Coughing * Dyspnea * Vomiting after eating * Severe constipation
